Pembinaan Muthiah is first and foremost a road building company. Steady growth has been due to our success in road construction. From commercial parking lots, to residential streets, to three-lane highways – no project is too small or too big for Pembinaan Muthiah. We have pioneered new engineering and construction techniques at the same time gained reputation through completion of projects on time, regardless the size of the contract of projects.
As a general contractor, we have the management and field expertise, equipment, and construction products to complete any job. We have built roads throughout Malaysia in all types of terrain. Pembinaan Muthiah can do it all – earth and rock excavation, construction of the road base, drainage, concrete work and asphalt paving.

Road Marking
Working for local authorities and government agencies, we operate automatic motorized road marking units, applying a wide range of products. The company also applies pavement markers for highways, trunk roads, sporting arenas, and etc.03
Equipment/Machinery Rentals
Pembinaan Muthiah rents construction equipment of all sizes and descriptions and for all needs – from motor grader, excavator, compactor, backpusher, roller, self-loader and tipper lorry. We rent for long term or short term use.04
Landscaping
Pembinaan Muthiah can assist you with your landscaping needs. We can provide your material requirements whether it is the supply of topsoil or all types of grass products.05
Transportation Services
Pembinaan Muthiah holds a provisional Certificate of Approval for Self-Loader and Tipper Lorry, issued by the Kementerian Pembangunan Usahawan Dan Koperasi. This permits the company to transport construction materials and also mobilise/demobilise machinery.06
Signboard and Guardrail
The company supplies and installs road works signs, all types of signboard (permanent / direction sign) and also warning cones/barrier in a variety of sizes for all construction projects.07
Inspection
We also carry out road inspection with help of local authorities and government agencies to certify the quality of work done. Types of inspection are Field Density Test (FDT), California Bearing Ratio (CBR) and Premix Coring.OurVISION
